After a decade leading creative campaigns, he transitioned to Amazon operations to understand how EC2 compute, RDS databases, and S3 storage enable enterprise digital transformation, combining both skill sets to solve organizational challenges at global scale.

Notable achievements include sending 22 men into space, putting a new word into the Vietnamese dictionary, and producing a documentary for National Geographic. 

Hubert now applies this combined expertise to solve complex organizational challenges. He builds AI assistants and trains foundational language models, designs enterprise communication frameworks, and produces executive keynotes for senior leadership teams. His work includes AI training programs, security education initiatives, and organizational communication systems that operate across multiple business units.

Hubert's combination of global creative achievement and enterprise operational knowledge enables him to build creative strategies with the systematic rigor used to architect cloud platforms. His expertise with foundational LLM models through Amazon Bedrock's comprehensive AI platform—spanning model customization, multi-modal content generation, and enterprise-scale deployment—allows him to think creatively about operational problems and operationally about creative challenges.
